How it works
A “mystery client” – a woman or a man according to the type of point of sale – enters the shop and uses the Mystery Client techniques, using a concealed microcamera to record everything that happens during the sales talk.
After recording the most significant facts, the audio-video material is analysed and edited.
The faces are dimmed and the voices are altered:
the privacy of people is thus protected and safeguarded.
The short film is then stored on DVD.
